Functional Yoga in the Fitness Setting (AFLCA MindBody Designation for Group Exercise Specialty)
This course is designed for group exercise leaders and personal trainers who wish to bring the functional strengthening and flexibility benefits of yoga asanas into their existing teaching. It is also perfect for non-instructors who wish to deepen their yoga practice, and for 200-hour teachers to gain a new perspective on hatha postures.
